Ceo of AfterCAD Software (of Canada) Christopher C. Boothroy tells us to license now to avoid litigation later: Before the rumours get started out there, thought I'd set the record straight that Aftercad has started licensing discussions with a number of entities for its Live 3D Platform. As part of that effort, yes, there have been some folks who have [been given] a polite but pointed reminder that [our technology] is Patent Pending, and they may want to license now to avoid injunction and damages...
